Our mission is to empower athletes of all ages and skill levels throughout Utah. The game of lacrosse has been experiencing a rapid surge in popularity for many years now, with players beginning as early as Kindergarten. Utah Lacrosse League is dedicated to elevating the level of competitive play for a large age range of players, while also offering training opportunities for our local youth. The lacrosse community is unique and strong, and the ULL presents an exceptional chance to reunite countless players in Utah, allowing them to once again indulge in their passion for this great game.
Utah Lacrosse League serves as a vibrant hub for lacrosse enthusiasts, spanning from current high school juniors to seasoned veterans aged 35 and above. While many of our players currently compete for high school and college teams, our league boasts a diverse mix, ranging from newcomers to those with several years of experience. For numerous athletes, this league represents a place where they can continue their passion for the game for years to come. Since its inception in 2010, our league has cultivated a loyal following, with over ten teams comprising of players from Logan to Salt Lake City.

• Increase the options for players of all ages and genders to play lacrosse throughout the year
• Continue to create a fun and competitive environment for all skill levels
• Grow the Game in Utah by providing free youth lacrosse clinics in the summer with top quality coaching
• Create an enjoyable environment for spectators of all ages to come and enjoy “The Fastest Game on Two Feet”

Dr. Jacob Kap is a local Ogden resident. He graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Therapy and a minor in Spanish. He received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Campbell University in North Carolina. Jacob and his wife Erin enjoy all the outdoor activities Utah has to offer. You can find them skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, riding dirt bikes or fly fishing.
Jacob knows what its like to be in pain and limited in activity due to injury. In 2016 he was climbing in the Uinta mountains when he fell 60ft, fracturing his lumbar spine. This resulted in a passion for treating back pain. He wants to see his patients succeed and return to doing the things they love.
